Water

Mother of Life

Connecting with Water

What flows through water connects all life. Softens, transports nutrients, and is vulnerable. We need to drink. We can become stewards of our waterways by connecting every day.

Disconnecting from screens and working together on the water, we find adventure, tranquility and serenity. Daily connection with water deepens our breath, rhythm, and confidence—and opens paths for exploration and community.

Daily Swimming

Year-round in the pool. As breath, rhythm, and confidence deepen, open water swimming in lakes, rivers and ocean becomes possible. The water teaches us resilience, presence, and connection.
